- Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Floramite Dist. ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, and Canada (contact us). Please allow up to fifteen (15) days for delivery. Canadian orders are shipped UPS or FedEx, respectively and can take a few days longer. So if you require a tracking number let us know. We have them!
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. When we ship we will include your phone number, by accepting these terms and conditions, if the package is not picked up after they have contacted you, it may not be returned, if the product is not returned no refund will be given.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Floramite Dist. is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
- Return Policy
You may purchase merchandise from us by using any one of the payment options listed (Paypal, creditcard, over the phone payment). Floramite Dist. reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. Returns are made when the merchandise is returned to the sender (Floramite Sales/Dist.) Upon receiving, there is a 15% restocking fee in addition to reimbursements for shipping charges on all merchandise, if merchandise is opened or manipulated in any way, no refund will be given. If the merchandise is not returned back (as we have to sign for it when something is returned) there will be no refund given.
